For someone who belongs to a marginalized class of kink, you never seem to have a problem attacking those also outside of the mainstream (gays, F/F fans, etc.)

Actually, regardless of what polls show most people are into, I really don't think anyone can make the statement that one pairing is the "norm" as far as preferences go. Everybody has their own preferences. You have every right not to like F/f but, who are you to judge people who do?

At this time of Peace and goodwill to all, it is heartwarming to see so many come forward and speak up for diversity and acceptance. We are ALL entitled to our likes, and dislikes and we are ALL entitled to share them and accept them or not.
I have known Dan to be a man of often strong opinion. He loathes off-screen and fake spankings in cinema, he loathes interracial spankings, and evidently, he loathes F/F spankings as well. His loves, however, are shared by us all, and his generosity and sharing through the years has been almost unequaled, except for maybe Chross himself! So, in a spirit of the times, let's cut him some slack and just take it that he had a bad day and let's all move on!

If I were to make a suggestion/wish, it would just be this: could links and database videos that are, say, F/F, be so noted? It appears some of us would rather skip them, while others (*points at self and coughs*) would rather focus our attention there :D
Just a thought...it'd be more work for you, but might help those of us inclined one way or another!

People have already posted the smacks to Ellen Page during a roller derby from her teammates after a good play.
There's also a nice crisp smack (though impact not shown) to her mother played by Marcia Gay Harden at the start, by her husband. She walks away, then stops turns round and does a cheeky little suggestive jive as if to suggest she's up for it, and he's shown looking excited.
Off topic Drew Barrymore rides a guy (her boyfriend) and lands a few pretty hard smacks. Only mention this because she's the director of this film and this suggests a spanko trait.

Jim. Generally speaking, not a bad word about Dan. I think most of us can agree to appreciate what Dan have brought to the community over the years. I have no problem with Dan not being a fan of F/F spanking plus a few more things. To each his own. However, bitching about various aspects of our shared kink, is neither constructive nor particularly good form, internet or not.

Here's a new drawing and a bit of a change of pace. New years are good times to toss things up a bit, and besides, I think it's lately become necessary to broaden horizons beyond one person's point of view.
So, I realize it may not be to everyone's liking, but I know that there are people who do like it. If you do like it, I hope you enjoy it; if you don't like it, I think it's fair to say that you can deal with it. If nothing else, I think it has humor and some small degree of skill, and I hope that everyone can appreciate that.
Regardless, Happy New Year! I hope yours didn't get out of hand like this fellow's ...

I enjoy talking about cartoons, taking requests and listening to ideas, hashing out characters and dialogue and stories. On the other hand, to the extent that kink is involved, there's a lot that's particular and idiosyncratic. People are looking for what they like, and no one drawing is ever going to completely please every person. That's fine, and it still leaves a lot to talk about, like technique and humor, and artistry and writing.
But there's a difference between that, and one person demanding that every drawing be pleasing to him or her. That's not about kink, that's about control, and it's self-evidently unreasonable. At worst, it shades into dangerous territory.
Which leads me to having posted a new cartoon in the other thread. In case you really want to know how I feel, I'll tell you in advance that it's F/M, inter-racial, and it happens to be the white male getting spanked.
It's deliberate, I'll grant that, but there's no malice intended, or even ill-will, so I hope on some level everyone can find something in it. Regardless, a Happy New Year to all!
