Look, I'm really not meaning to get censorious about other people's sex fantasies, if that's all they are. Of course spanking fantasies can involve role-playing about some reactionary and not very modern mindsets. And that's all fine - people (me included) fantasize about all sorts of mad stuff, that has nothing to do with how they would want real life to be. Mature, sane people should be able to distinguish fantasy from reality, and I'm sure most, if not all, posters on here do just that.
I just sometimes worry that, to those not familiar with that mindset, this might look seriously awful; a bunch of guys getting off on the idea of beating uppity sluts into a more submissive and demure role. The fact is, spanking fantasies can - to the uninitiated - look a lot like misogyny, like glamorising domestic abuse, or at least like extreme conservatism about gender roles. I wanted to make clear to any casual browsers that, for a lot of us anyway, that's absolutely not what this is all about.
