A new (old) spanking threat: in the second half of the double-length Pilot episode of The Tales of the Gold Monkey (a 1982 Indiana Jones clone), our lead Jake Cutter (Stephen Collins) threatens his companion Sarah Stickney White (Caitlin O'Heaney), with a spanking:

Jake: No, you're not. You're going to stay here and guard Corky and the Goose.
Sarah: Jake, I think I've got this all figured out.
Jake: If you don't do as I tell ya, I'm going to take you over my knee and spank you.
