Yesterday Youtube's blackbox "stuff you might like" algorithm recommended to me Alanis' "You learn".
Which prompted a memory: There were two music videos for this song, the "official video" and the "live official video". The latter uses a live recording as soundtrack and has lots of fast cuts from scenes showing Miss Morissette and her band on and off stage (presumably on tour).
One of these clips near the very end of the video has Alanis on the receiving end of what may be part of a birthday spanking. She's on the floor on all fours in a bathrobe and a guy staddling her is delivering two swats.
Since things are pretty quiet around here as of late and I found no mention of this on the board I thought I'd share.
Before you click on the link just be warned: this video was shot in the 90s and apparently compressed in the early 2000s, so the picture quality is pretty bad - maybe someone is interested and lucky enough to track down a decent copy.
