This might be one of the best upgrades I've got to offer: Stress-es-tres-tres (1968). Always looked like a good scene, but things like facial expressions were impossible to make out. The spanking is not the hardest but the spankee's reactions really make it work.

Again I have a longer and shorter version. in this case I'm not sure the longer version adds much in terms of the spanking, but you get a bit more of Geraldine Chaplin cavorting in her bikini. Couldn't get the subs to work, but the dialogue is not too important. The whole film is psychological power-plays between the three characters and the spanking is part of that.
