I certainly haven't dreamt this scene up, in the photo I've seen the spankee wears a longish and loose black dress, and is lying flat across the housekeeper's lap, not bent over or on her knees. Her bottom wasn't particularly enticing to look at in that dress either, rather flat to be honest. I've checked Chross' database with no luck, which leaves the SFR site, which appears now to have shut down altogether. :(
